In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete your order you will receive, both an email and (if possible) a telephone call (to the details that you have provided us).

We will then:

• Offer you an alternative, if applicable.
• Give you a delivery estimate of the product
• Or you may cancel the order if you wish.

We do not complete credit card transactions unless we have the product available for delivery to you.

Prices

• Unless otherwise stated,  all prices include carriage.
• Carriage, where appropriate  is calculated on the total shipment weight, and the amount is shown in the shopping basket, and is added at the checkout
• Prices do not include VAT (17.5%), which will be added at the checkout.
