Shipping

We aim to despatch all orders received by 3.00 pm  the same day, however, during periods of high demand, we  can only guarentee that orders will be shipped within 2 working days.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you 3 emails:

1. Confirming receipt of order.
2. Advising  payment receipt.
3. Confirming shipment has been sent.

Where appropriate, shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your order, and you can choose the method & rate which suits you, before you reach the checkout. Goods are despatched via:

In all cases a signature is required at the time of delivery.

Please Note

• For Next Day Delivery: - Orders must be placed, and payment approved,  before 2.30pm on the ordering day to qualify for actual next day delivery.
• Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.
• Next Day Delivery is only available In England, Scotland & Wales and NOT available for delivery on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
• Items flagged as "Free Shipping" will normally be despatched via Royal Mail "Signed for" - 1st class,  however we reserve the right to send via an alternative carrier at our discretion.
• If required, goods can be despatched for next day delivery, at additional cost.
